About the role
- In addition, the Impound Manager is responsible for the oversight, monitoring and relationship with applicable Impound Vendors for property damage appraisal, impound recovery, and impound location/detection.
- and functions include the oversight of processes, reporting, process gap detection, associate management and performance tracking.
- Staffing assessment and allocation for proper coverage for Impound Call Handling, Account Processing and Function Completion
Responsibilities
- Manage, Direct and Assign volume within the Impound processes for appropriate handling within established policy and procedures
- Collaborate and assist other departments across the organization, as needed as well as with the Bankruptcy Servicer
- Can effectively collaborate with peers and leadership
- By building strong relationships with our customers and network of dealer partners we are able to give options that make sense, getting customers behind the wheel of their car.
Requirements
- General knowledge of collections policies and procedures and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Nice to have
- Experience and knowledge in regulations, compliance requirements, and processes preferred
