Responsibilities

  • This role supports leadership by translating complex data into clear, action‑oriented insights that enable informed strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Support a disciplined month‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, trial balance review, and data integrity across customer, vendor, and reporting hierarchies.
  • Build financial models, scenarios, and business cases that support leadership decisions on investments, pricing, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience across accounting and financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing, CPG, or an operationally complex environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex data into executive‑ready insights.
  • Minimal travel required for physical inventory counts.

Nice to have

  • CPA or MBA a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics ERP preferred.
  • SQL and Adobe Workfront a plus, with comfort using AI‑enabled tools.
