  • As a Sales Manager, you will provide the support Sales Counselors need to maximize their potential and reach or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Sales Counselors' marketing plans and traffic-generating activities and suggest strategies for improvement.

Nice to have

  • Prior New Home Sales and Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Psychology.
  • Physical demands and overall work environment:
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and walk on various types of terrain, including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential that may have mud, ruts, etc.
  • Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc.
  • Must have the ability to climb permanent stairs, temporary stairs, and ladders.
  • Must have the physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs. unassisted throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to endure and be exposed to different types of conditions, including weather (heat, cold, rain, ice, etc.) and substances such as dust, dirt, and fumes.

Skills

  • Assist Sales Counselors in generating and maximizing new home sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate feedback to individual Associates regarding their performance and provide opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide sales counselors with continued education, oversight, and training by conducting weekly effective Sales Practices.
