About the role
- We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate to help ensure every Peec AI customer has an exceptional experience using our platform.
- You'll be the first point of contact for users, answering questions, solving problems, and helping customers get the most value from Peec AI.
- It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, learning quickly, and taking ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Help design and scale our CX process - from building out a help center to improving in-app onboarding
- Support the launch of customer initiatives like events, webinars, and AMA sessions to engage and grow our user community
- Familiarity with help desk systems, onboarding flows, or community-building
- Exposure to AI / SEO / growth tooling or customer support automation
Requirements
- Experience with SaaS, B2B software, or marketing/SEO tools
- Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
- Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
