About the role
- We are seeking to add a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative to our team who will serve as the primary growth driver for prospective outbound client engagement on SpendHound's must-have products within the Spend Management space.
- As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify prospective opportunities and utilize various outbound communication channels to initiate sales engagement.
- This role offers an excellent opportunity to progress your career towards full end-to-end sales.

Requirements
- Have 2+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR
- Have a track record of not only meeting but also exceeding targets
Skills
- Break down the door on a new vertical, utilizing creative prospecting to meet stakeholders at all levels of larger businesses
- Help refine the messaging that we use in order for us to be successful
- Are empathetic and have strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
Compensation
- A comprehensive view of all software applications used with annual contract values, auto-renewal information, renewal dates, license counts, and more

- The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be up to $65,000 OTE ($50,000 base and $15,000 in bonus potential).
