Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with Project Superintendents while helping lead crews, mentoring apprentices, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Perform electrical testing, diagnostics, and system commissioning
- Mentor apprentices and support field leadership
- Maintain accurate project documentation including timecards, material requests, work orders, and change documentation

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Experience operating aerial lifts and jobsite equipment
Nice to have
- Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
