Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of admission materials and coordinate mailing of counselor material requests.
- Hire, train, and supervise student employees and manage interns who help support campus visit tasks.
- Manage office space, maintain inventory, and coordinate ordering of office supplies to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage on-line visit requests, send confirmations, and update on-line visit software with appropriate visit information. Work with Enrollment Services to initiate process improvement regarding on-line scheduling and customer concerns.
- Effectively communicate with current members of the College community and prospective students and families regarding visit requests in order to create a personalized visit.
- Maintain working knowledge of office policies and procedures and of computers and software used in the office.
- Provide support to the student tour guide program through schedule maintenance and attendance records. Submit compensation requests through WorkDay as tours are conducted.
- The Campus Visit Coordinator provides accounting and administrative support for the Enrollment Division - including Vice President for Enrollment, Director of Admission, admission counselors, Senior Fellows, and other student employees to create a team environment for coordinating visit data and scheduling activities for prospective students and their families.
Requirements
- Demonstrated quality customer service experience required.
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Must be self-directed, have a passion for serving others, be able to anticipate needs of students and families and to construct visits that exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required.
Nice to have
- High school degree or GED.
- Some college preferred.
