About the role

  • The Bankruptcy Specialist will monitor bankruptcy loans daily and ensure timelines are completed in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Reviews and updates MSP/LPS with bankruptcy information.
  • Monitor bankruptcy actions through Process Management and default reports

Responsibilities

  • Handles inquiries by responding to emails, intercoms, handling appropriate document execution escalation, title issue resolution and other related tasks
  • Knowledge on how to create and update reconciliation ledgers for chapter 13s

  • Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Previous experience with MSP, and Black Knight/LPS preferred.
