Responsibilities
- Develop and retain a deep understanding of product functionality and capabilities
- Collaborate with engineers on air and ground systems, assisting in design feedback, testing, and refinement
- Work on precision soldering, mechanical assembly, 3D printing, and flight software, to support rapid iteration and testing
- Assist in developing and improving test procedures and safety protocols
- Perform flight tests and observe system performance, reliability, and handling

Compensation
- US Salary Range
- $101,000 - $141,000 USD
- The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
- Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
