About the role
- This position represents the agency within the community, coordinates marketing initiatives, participates in community outreach activities, and educates referral sources about the services offered.
- Conduct routine visits to referral sources to educate them on agency services and programs.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and new referral partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Retention of existing referral partners.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Marketing & Business Development Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase community awareness and referrals.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
- Community Relations Build strong relationships with community organizations, senior centers, veterans' groups, churches, and civic organizations.
- Develop partnerships that enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, referrals, and contacts within the agency's CRM or tracking system.
- Customer Service Maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective referral sources.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
