Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for a diverse portfolio of open roles spanning Engineering (hardware, software, firmware, verification), Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Partner with hiring managers from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations at every step
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across varying levels and functions, maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS, ensuring requisition status, candidate stages, and disposition notes are current at all times
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent - beyond the active applicant pool
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, employee referrals, industry events, and direct outreach to build robust, diverse candidate pipelines
- Proactively build talent pipelines for recurring or anticipated needs, so Lattice is never starting from zero on a critical hire
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both technical and non-technical roles
- Experience in the semiconductor, hardware, or adjacent technology industry - or a comparable complex, engineering-driven environment
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging and converting passive talent
- Strong data orientation. ability to use recruiting metrics to diagnose issues and improve results
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- You will bring a consultative, relationship-driven approach to every search, serving as a trusted partner to the business while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience with Lattice.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for FPGA, semiconductor, or embedded systems engineering roles
- Familiarity with global recruiting across APAC and EMEA markets
- Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience.
- The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Compensation
- In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for variable/ incentive compensation and/ or equity.
