Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card filing pattern in this occupation

Context, not a finding about this posting: of this employer's 53 green-card filings in this occupation, 100% were for a worker who already held the job.

Green-card follow-through: 86%

Of 29 labor certifications old enough to have been used, 4 expired without the employer filing the next step. Median time from filing to decision: 483 days.100% of their filings were for a worker who already held the job.Only certifications past the 180-day window are counted — recent ones cannot have expired yet.

Reported a layoff in this occupation

In a green-card filing decided 2026-04-17, this employer stated it had laid off workers in Project Management Specialists (CA) during the preceding six months. 3 such filings on record.Describes the period before that filing, not necessarily today. Unlike WARN notices this is occupation-specific and federal.

Files H-1B transfers

12 transfer filings in the last year, covering 12 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • The role is structured as an individual contributor today; prior experience leading people or cross-functional programs is valued for how someone approaches ownership and accountability, even without direct reports in this seat.
  • The role oversees a significant, multi-million dollar annual hardware program and is accountable for continuing this function's demonstrated track record of cost discipline and savings.
  • Amazing things are created every day with our software - from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and mature the customization and exception governance process for requests outside standard catalog offerings
  • Define and implement persona-based hardware standards and device catalog tiers, informed by industry practice

  • Drive automation of asset tracking and reconciliation workflows to reduce manual effort
  • Lead hardware asset financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis, with CapEx versus OpEx fluency
  • Own financial reconciliation against purchasing, accounts payable, the fixed-asset register, and general ledger, resolving variances in cost, ownership, and capitalization
  • Develop and report on asset management KPIs and dashboards for senior leadership
  • The person in this seat will personally build and operate these processes, carrying forward and executing on recommendations from a recent external assessment of Autodesk's fulfillment, distribution, and ITAD practices, not simply direct others toward them.
  • This role owns asset management for a global population of approximately 21,500 employees and contingent workers, covering an estimated 60,000+ devices across computers, mobile phones, and loaner and spare inventory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience owning enterprise asset management programs end-to-end.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience operating at large enterprise scale (e.g., 50,000+ managed assets), including the systems, process rigor, and stakeholder complexity that scale requires
  • Hands-on experience with CMDB/ServiceNow data integration, including data hygiene, accuracy, and governance practices across device- and asset-level records
  • Experience setting up or operating within formal change management processes (e.g., ITIL change/release management)
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, and technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • People leadership or management experience is a plus but not required for this role
  • Experience with AI toolsets as its related to assets, systems, and asset data (CIs, etc.) a plus
