Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle from discovery through design, build, deployment, and optimization
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture diagrams
- Lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and executive presentations
- Lead and mentor functional and technical teams (developers, analysts, architects)
- Manage risks, dependencies, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Design and oversee development of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) applications
- Implement automation using Power Automate and reporting via Power BI
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of:
- Experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and integrations
Nice to have
- Experience in IT consulting or professional services environments
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, Power Platform Architect)
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management strategies
- Industry experience in sectors such telecommunications, public sector
- Leading high-performing teams and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
