About the role
- Work Environment: This position requires you to be in person in our New York office 5 days per week.
- Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 Annual Why KPF?

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of Interior Architecture including, but not limited to, design documentation, construction documentation, construction administration, and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) specifications.
- Provide design support for projects, including drafting, initial renderings, sketching and Revit drawings and 3D model making.
- Assist in preparing and revising construction documents.
- Build physical study models and presentation models
- KPF, a global architecture practice headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Designer in New York City to assist their immediate supervisor in cooperation with the project team to develop high quality design and construction documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, D5, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
- Ability to communicate graphically with an eye for detail.
- Experience in workplace planning is an asset.
- 1-2 years of relevant interior design experience.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written, verbal and overall communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressurein fast paced environment and manage deadlines.
- Understanding of documentation of millwork and FFE is an asset.
Compensation
- $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 Annual
