This role offers significant autonomy to manage client relationships while leveraging Brookwood's resources, reputation, and technology platform.

15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
Demonstrated track record managing $25M+ corporate and commercial construction projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or LEED AP certification.
Experience with fast-track schedules, tenant coordination, and corporate real estate portfolio management
