- Deliver high-quality service to residents with a focus on first-time fix and customer satisfaction
- Support preventative maintenance efforts to reduce recurring service requests

Requirements
- 50% rent discount available at any AIR Community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply).
- Assist with vendor oversight and unit inspections when required

Compensation
- 50% rent discount at AIR communities (estimated $5,000+ annual value in San Diego market)
