Premier Swim Academy is looking for a fun, energetic, and experienced early childhood development professional to join our team!
Our Parent and Me program helps children ages 4 months to 36 months hit important developmental milestones while learning to swim.
If you're ready to make a splash in young lives and help parents grow their young swimmers, this role is perfect for you!

Keep things tidy: Help maintain the cleanliness and order of the swim programs to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Previous aquatics or instructor experience.
Additional availability come spring & summer StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification.

Lead engaging Parent and Me classes: As an instructor, you'll teach swim lessons designed for infants and toddlers, combining early education and child development milestones with fun, interactive water activities.
Follow our set curriculum while keeping classes exciting and educational.
Make sure everyone is following safety rules so that learning and education are fun and safe!
You'll also need to maintain open, positive communication with parents, offering feedback on their child's progress and education journey.
Support your team: Build great relationships with fellow employees and instructors, working together to meet Premier's education goals.
Stay sharp: Attend quarterly in-service training programs to enhance your skills and continue your own education as an instructor.
