Responsibilities
- Support project management activities, including project scoping, proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
- Oversee preparation of comprehensive site plan packages, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion and sediment control.
- Collaborate with clients, attorneys, contractors, and subconsultants to ensure project success.
- In this role, you'll partner closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-quality land development solutions.

Requirements
- At Bohler, our Assistant Project Managers are emerging leaders who balance technical expertise with project coordination, client interaction, and team mentorship.
- What You'll Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in site design and jurisdictional permitting for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drainage software such as StormCAD, Hydroflow, or HydroCAD
- Experience working directly with clients and project teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drainage software such as StormCAD, Hydroflow, or HydroCAD; skilled in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
