- The Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and transforming operational data into actionable reports, allowing the team to make informed and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform and provide, as needed, analyzes related to the supply chain process
- Map and document standard operational processes as they relate to supply planning
- Participate, document and promote a mindset of continuous improvement within the supply chain organization
- Interact with internal partners in order to understand and define the factors allowing it to produce complete and relevant analyses.
- Present analyses, provide information and present solutions in order to optimize group processes
- Reporting to the Manager, Business Solutions, the Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in providing essential analytical support to the supply chain and distribution team.
- The Analyst works closely with multiple departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in data interpretation, developing key performance indicators and proposing improvements based on their analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration, with a concentration in operations management, logistics, procurement, or other related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience related to the position
- Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts
- Knowledge of Power BI (creation, development)
Compensation
- Plan, coordinate and prepare the financial information required for the annual budget and the strategic plan, in collaboration with each department of the division and according to the deadlines established by the corporate services
