About the role

As a Medical Assistant, you're the heart of every patient visit.
From the moment a patient walks in, you set the tone, taking vitals, prepping them for their provider, and making sure they feel seen and cared for.
All medical assistants are cross-trained across front office, back office, labs and referrals.

Responsibilities

Perform EKGs and PFTs
Document accurately in the EMR and keep patient records clean
Answer patient questions promptly with concierge-level support
Partner with providers and staff to create seamless patient experiences
Own the patient visit, start to finish
Strong communication skills that build trust with patients and teammates

Requirements

Brandon clinic (some local travel may be required to help cover other centers)

Nice to have

Confidence with vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and basic labs
The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic
Composure and professionalism when things get busy
Bring genuine warmth and a concierge-level approach to senior care
