Operate and maintain all plant systems according to engineering specification. Assist in developing strategies to improve the operation of the plant. Act as primary point of contact for Facilities maintenance issues and requests.
Act in a self-directed fashion to complete all PMs and work duties as assigned by the automated system and the Facilities Lead Technician.
Maintain piece part and operational inventories to ensure continuous operation of all physical plant systems.
Daily preventative maintenance activities on physical plant equipment, vacuum pumps air handlers, Clean Dry air compressors, exhaust fans, all plant support mechanics.
Support company initiatives, such as; quality, safety and environmental management, CQI, 5S, yield management, and cost containment.
Perform repair and preventative maintenance procedures on all Facilities systems to include ultrapure water plant, pH plant, Compressed air systems, Chiller plant, Boiler plant and other HVAC systems.
Support production by maintaining the equipment for optimal performance and minimal disruption.

Requires 2 years of vocational training and a minimum of 10 years on-the-job experience
Knowledge of ultrapure water treatment systems
Knowledge of industrial waste discharge and hazardous waste management programs
Ability to lift up to 80lbs on a frequent basis
Perform other duties as required

$29.50 - $42 hourly (good-faith estimate)
