The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) team alongside being an integrated member of the HART Hub.

P ermanent part-time, 18.75 hours per week, daytime shifts with flexibility for evenings/weekends required.
Knowledge and experience with people experiencing problematic substance misuse as well as illnesses and problems related to such misuse
Experience with or knowledge of dual diagnosis & concurrent disorders is an asset.
Sound knowledge of psychotropic medications including usage and potential side effects
Status: P ermanent part-time, 18.75 hours per week, daytime shifts with flexibility for evenings/weekends required.

$55,276.59 - $65,031.29 annually based on part-time hours. (Candidate qualifications will be considered when determining the starting salary)
Due to the nature of this program, this role is on-site and/or community based.
