Responsibilities

- Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of National Recruiters responsible for placing travel therapy professionals nationwide.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Recruiters with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and growth.
- Build a high-performance recruiting culture by developing sales behaviors, recruiting strategies, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of staffing or recruitment experience, with healthcare staffing strongly preferred.
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in our Maitland, Florida office.

Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing successful recruiting or sales teams.
- Demonstrated success improving team performance through coaching, accountability, and development.
- Strong understanding of staffing metrics, recruiting pipelines, and performance management.
- Competitive and results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission opportunities
- Drive daily, monthly, and annual metrics aligned with revenue, recruitment, and placement goals.
