About the role
- They will have a strong analytical background and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data.
- The Associate Data Analyst will use modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, identify, and analyze data.
Responsibilities
- As an Associate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to help support business decisions.
- Connect to and extract data from multiple enterprise sources including Snowflake, Azure SQL, SAP, APIs, flat files, and other systems to support analysis and reporting needs.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and datamarts that consolidate consultant, customer, sales, and commission data into a clean, reliable layer optimized for reporting and analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Tableau that provide leadership with clear visibility into consultant performance, commission outcomes, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Partner with business stakeholders across sales, finance, operations, and marketing to define KPIs, scope analytical requirements, and deliver insights that support business decisions.
- Maintain and document data models, dashboards, and reporting logic to ensure work is repeatable, scalable, and auditable.
