This role ensures that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards.

Lead all phases of midstream pipeline projects - scope development, design coordination, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and closeout.
Develop and manage capital budgets, forecasts, and schedules; ensure projects meet or exceed cost, quality, and time performance metrics.

3+ years of experience in midstream pipeline or energy infrastructure project management, with a proven record of delivering complex capital projects.
Strong understanding of pipeline design & construction industry and regulatory standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Proficient in cost tracking, scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project), and project management tools.
Familiarity with FERC, PHMSA, DEP, and state-level permitting and compliance requirements.
Deep commitment to field safety, environmental protection, and operational excellence.\
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to field locations.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred
Familiarity with Appalachian basin operations.
Experience working with third-party engineering and environmental firms.
Knowledge of GIS tools and inspection management platforms
