About the role
- With a presence on over 5,000 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country.
- Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses.
- The FPA works closely with field leadership, representatives, and internal administrative teams to ensure day-to-day field operations run efficiently.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
- Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
- Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Experience planning, coordinating, or executing events, outreach initiatives, or recruitment programs.
- Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
Skills
- Experience supporting regional or territory-based teams.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Airtable, or similar data management systems.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience supporting field, grassroots, campus, or outreach-based programs.
- Flexibility to take on specialty responsibilities and adapt to evolving program needs.
