Responsibilities
- Develops technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures
- Leads efforts to ensure data/media recoverability by following a schedule of system backups archive operations
- May serve as a team or task lead
- Performs advanced software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages
Requirements
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience as a Linux Administrator
- US Citizenship Required
Nice to have
- Security+ Certification
- Linux+ Certification
- Additional Linux certifications (RHCSA, RHCE and LPIC) desired
- Network+ Certification
