About the role
- You will report to the Sr Director, Enterprise Architecture and be directly responsible for complex system configuration, integrations, administration and other related tasks.
- We also consider internal equity to help ensure fair and consistent pay practices across our teams.
Responsibilities
- work with vendor support organizations as appropriate to support internal teams
- Create systems documentation, including business requirements documents, functional design documents, test scripts, etc.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed
- Problem-solving ability and ability to collaborate effectively
- Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests in accordance to defined SLAs; work with vendor support organizations as appropriate to support internal teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS, or strong understanding of Quote to Cash operations
- 4+ years' hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue
- Experience using Zuora Workflows for automation and configuration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Complete system and access changes, ensuring that all required approvals are captured and documented

- 5+ years as a Zuora Administrator
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience working with Intacct
