About the role

You will report to the Sr Director, Enterprise Architecture and be directly responsible for complex system configuration, integrations, administration and other related tasks.
We also consider internal equity to help ensure fair and consistent pay practices across our teams.

work with vendor support organizations as appropriate to support internal teams
Create systems documentation, including business requirements documents, functional design documents, test scripts, etc.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed
Problem-solving ability and ability to collaborate effectively
Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests in accordance to defined SLAs; work with vendor support organizations as appropriate to support internal teams
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS, or strong understanding of Quote to Cash operations
4+ years' hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue
Experience using Zuora Workflows for automation and configuration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Complete system and access changes, ensuring that all required approvals are captured and documented

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications and geographic location.
