About the role
- This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to grow within retail development, construction, and experiential brand environments.
Responsibilities
- Retail Development & Project Coordination Support the execution of retail store and pop-up projects from early planning through final opening.
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, merchandising, operations, marketing, legal, and logistics to support seamless project execution.
- Track milestones and follow up with vendors and project partners to help keep projects on schedule.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal architecture and design teams and external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Support quality control efforts by reviewing finishes, fixtures, and installations to ensure alignment with brand standards and design intent.
- Cross-Functional Communication Support creating polished project decks, timelines, status updates, and presentation materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Attend project meetings and help manage follow-ups, notes, and action items.
- Act as a support liaison between office teams, field teams, and external vendors throughout project execution.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (French / English) is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- 70,000 - 75,000 depending on skills and experience.
