  • You report to the Contracts Manager and work closely with estimating, project managers, and the shop floor to keep drawings accurate and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • The BIM Manager, Glazing leads the drafting and detailing function for Triumph's glazing division, starting out as a hands-on individual contributor with the mandate to build the function into a full team over time.
  • Once the team starts to build out, you will hire, train, and manage the drafters who join you.
  • A ground floor opportunity to build and lead a new division as it grows
  • Proven track record of developing, standardizing, and scaling Revit/BIM drafting workflows, templates, and family libraries at a previous company

Skills

  • Experience training or mentoring other drafters on Revit/BIM standards and enforcing modeling consistency across a team
  • Familiarity with model coordination/collaboration platforms (e.g., Autodesk BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks) for clash detection across disciplines
  • Ability to produce and review shop drawings, fabrication packages, and coordination models to a level that can go straight to the shop floor
  • Experience reading architectural and structural drawings and translating them into accurate, buildable glazing details
  • You've stood up Revit/BIM standards or workflows before, and you know firsthand what works and what to avoid the second time around
  • You're curious about how AI agents and automation can extend BIM workflows, not just speed up individual drawings
  • You communicate directly with estimating, project managers, and the shop, so nothing gets lost in translation
  • You think ahead about process and documentation, not just the drawing in front of you
  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Produce and review shop drawings, fabrication packages, and BIM/VDC models for glazing and curtain wall projects
  • Coordinate with estimating and project managers to confirm scope, schedule, and drawing requirements before work begins
  • Run clash detection and coordination checks against architectural and structural models to catch issues before fabrication

Compensation

  • $110,000 to $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
