Responsibilities

  • The Performance Validation Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving hot test equipment and processes that support Mercury's Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity objectives.
  • Mercury empowers boaters with products that are easy to use, extremely reliable and backed by the most dedicated customer support in the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent Engineering degree)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent 2D drafting software is desired

Nice to have

  • Formal Lean Six Sigma Green / Black belt certification
  • Solid comprehension and listening skills
  • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills, careful attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and capable of working independently within deadlines

Compensation

  • $73,600 - $106,200
