About the role

ID Fusion is looking for someone who is excited by the prospect of working with a variety of small to medium-sized clients across multiple industries.
As a key contributor, you will work closely with our team of project managers, architects, developers and technicians driving value for our clients.

ID Fusion is a growing digital transformation company that helps companies and organizations plan, research, build, integrate and maintain technology.
As a key client-facing team member and trusted advisor, you identify business and technology problems and work with our solution design team to solve those problems.
You will often work closely with several cross-functional teams in product and business development to help deliver exceptional solutions.
Evaluate opportunities for process re-design based on best practices and work with architects to propose solutions
Build and create successful arguments or IT business cases to support the solution recommendations
Provide client consulting and technical support services on project implementation
Support in the estimation of project effort, costs and timelines and project intake activities including planning, scheduling, tracking, management and closure activities.
Develop and deliver support and training materials or training sessions
