Job Description AMC Global Media is home to many of the greatest stories and characters in TV and film and the premier destination for passionate and engaged fan communities around the world.
This role is based in our Bethpage, NY location.

Employee Relations & HR Support
Provide responsive, practical HR support to employees and managers across the site, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent local execution of HR processes.
Support policy interpretation, compliance documentation, and investigation or corrective action processes as needed.
Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including promotions, transfers, leaves, and separations, with accurate processing, documentation, and communication.
Coordinate onboarding and employee transactions for the site and ensure timely, accurate support throughout the employee experience.
Help deliver a positive and well-coordinated employee experience at the site through strong follow-through, visibility, and partnership.
Prepare accurate reporting inputs and support data integrity across HR processes.
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports as needed.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of HR experience in a generalist, coordinator, or specialist role.
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations).
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Prior experience with client group ownership
Experience or exposure to HR analytics is a plus
The base compensation for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience.
