Responsibilities
- This role will work closely with the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to learn and manage our established Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Manage licensing strategy, entitlement governance, and cost optimization.
- Manage Microsoft Copilot configuration, licensing, security controls, and responsible use policies
- Engineer and implement Microsoft 365 platform enhancements that improve scalability, performance, reliability, and security across the enterprise.
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph to address business requirements.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and solution design artifacts for Microsoft 365 services.
- Support Exchange Online configuration as needed

Requirements
- Broad expertise in Microsoft 365 required to ensure secure, scalable, and well-governed operations.

Compensation
- $114,000.00 USD - $143,000.00 USD ** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
