As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at 1Stopbedrooms, you'll be charged with finding innovative and creative ways of identifying and attracting top talent.
You will help hire top level managerial employees as well as dozens of new employees for various positions in the the company, including CS managers, Zendesk experts, content writers, Training & Development specialists, and more.

Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
Seek out potential team members based on needs of business
Initiate contact with potential talent
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
Use standardized screening techniques
Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
