Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise client implementations, from discovery through deployment and post-launch transition.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Service Delivery) and external vendors to drive progress and resolve blockers.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with other PMs to align workstreams across major accounts Contribute to the evolution of nesto's delivery framework.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, service delivery management, or a similar role.
- Experience or understanding of non-functional requirements (e.g. monitoring, alerting, high availability, production / cloud operations), relevant to SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
Nice to have
- PMP (Project Management Professional) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or other agile PM certifications.
- Experience working with financial institutions, mortgage or lending technology, or regulated B2B environments.
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve or streamline your work and workflows.
- You welcome high leadership exposure and are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- You're adaptable and can shift priorities without losing momentum.
- You Shouldn't Apply If You don't have proven experience in a SaaS environment, or lack an understanding of operations topics like monitoring, alerting, high availability, and production/cloud operations.
- Your experience is strictly internal.
- If you've only managed back-office projects or internal tool rollouts, you'll lack the client-facing experience this role requires.
