Responsibilities
- Build cohesive short films from script to final cut.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized across different stages of AI generation (these tools have wait times
- Maintain emotional continuity and character integrity throughout the edit.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of editing and/or production experience.
- Background in narrative fiction, commercials, music videos, corporate content, or vertical/micro drama content.
- Agency, independent production company, or freelance experience all welcome.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (required) and Adobe Suite / Photoshop.
- A cinematic eye.
- You understand framing, mood, and visual storytelling beyond the basics.
- Strong editing instincts and a sharp sense of timing.
- Confidence making creative decisions independently.
