- This position is responsible for providing device installation, preventive maintenance, repair, basic installation base management in local territory.
- For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine preventive maintenance and scheduled reactive service of equipment to minimize downtime
- Professionally interacts with clients to assess their needs, address any concerns and provides technical support.
- Utilizes time, service and support-tracking tools.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, related degree with knowledge in the biotechnology/biomedical industry, or applicable military experience
- 5-8 years relevant experience technical field service experience
- Ability to travel up to 75% of time
- Must be highly motivated and have strong problem solving ability
- Must have good technical writing abilities
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Electrical, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Technical Degree or Certificate
- Mentorship and training of individuals
- IT and/or software troubleshooting experience

Compensation
- $1.00-$99,999,999.00/Hourly
- The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.
- Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation.
- For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms.
- For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms.
- Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
