  • We are seeking a skilled Applications Development Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and optimization of our advanced technologies.
  • We are looking for a talented and motivated Applications Development Engineer with a technical background in gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers, pressure controllers, and semiconductor process equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers, and pressure controllers used in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Application Engineering: Develop and refine application-specific solutions for semiconductor manufacturing processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Provide the support to sales team to work at the Lab or customer sites on the products installation, calibration and troubleshooting.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize semiconductor processes and equipment. Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including application notes, user manuals, and standard operating procedures. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Project Management: Manage and support project activities related to the integration and deployment of semiconductor equipment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize semiconductor processes and equipment.
  • Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including application notes, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical role related to gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers, pressure controllers, semiconductor process equipment, or semiconductor capital equipment hardware engineering.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment hardware engineering or related fields, and a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

  • Advanced degree is a plus.

Skills

  • Experience with semiconductor capital equipment hardware and process optimization is highly desirable.
