Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and demos to negotiation and close-for high-value opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to structure and close strategic deals with enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline to ensure pipeline accuracy, forecasting precision, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the CEO and GTM leadership to refine sales playbooks and outbound strategies as we scale.
- Work closely with Marketing to align on lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion optimization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record selling technical products (ACV $10K-$100K+) and navigating complex deals.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- You know how to speak to ROAS, creative testing, and media buying metrics.
