About the role
- Are you an experienced leader with a passion for managing complex projects and driving results?
- Urban One is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
- As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of project management, from planning and scheduling to resource allocation, budgeting, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project budgets, review trade billing, and oversee cost allocations.
- Create and maintain construction schedules in collaboration with project teams to meet critical milestones.
- Ensure projects are completed to approved specifications, building codes, and Urban One's quality standards.
- Maintain, track and report all financial aspects of projects including cost projections and billings.
- Monitor construction progress, manage schedules and budgets, and address cost or delay claims as needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, trade partners, and public officials.
- This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver innovative projects while setting new standards in quality and excellence.
