Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Mechanics to ensure high performance and continuous growth
- Perform and oversee repairs on our fleet, primarily end-dump trailers, tractors, and yard equipment
- Accurately complete and manage work orders in a timely manner
- Perform fabrication and metal work as needed to support repairs
- Partner closely with the Transportation team to meet operational equipment needs
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of vehicle and heavy equipment repair and maintenance
- Valid driver's license required
- Perform other related duties as required
Nice to have
- 1-2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
