About the role

  • We are looking for a Director, Investment Services, to join our national sales organization as part of our California team.

  • This role is a remote work from home position based California.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing investment management clients.
  • Presentations: Deliver knowledgeable presentations to Councils, Boards, and investment committees about California CLASS and related offerings.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see beyond day-to-day tasks and develop long-term strategies for growth.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and related technologies.
  • Unwavering integrity and the ability to instill confidence in clients and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Current Series 7 & 63 licenses or willingness to obtain is required.
  • Required Skills/Abilities: Sales & Relationship Management: 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, business development, or relationship management within the public sector.

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree required.

  • Analytical Skills: Robust quantitative, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
