About the role
- Participate in investment opportunities sourcing effort
- Value and price equity interests in private equity funds and companies
- Prepare financial projections and transaction modeling
Responsibilities
- The Analyst will focus on primary, early secondary and secondary investments, providing highly advanced support in investment functions including financial modeling, valuation analysis of private equity and infrastructure funds and companies, preparation of investment recommendations for Ardian's global investment committee, as well as various ad hoc reports and projects as needed.
- Prepare reporting presentations to Limited Partners and Advisory Board
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or other related field
- 2 years' experience in finance - investment banking, strategy consulting, or valuation
- Familiarity working with international teams and across cultures
