About the role

As a Technical Recruiter at Reserv, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's recruiting function.

Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure it is the single source of truth for tracking.
Create reports on the recruiting process to provide clear insight into the hiring pipeline and actionable insights to improve the pipeline.
You will own our Technical Recruiting activities, from sourcing to process management and offers as well as forging strong partnerships with our Product and Engineering leaders.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

3+ years of experience as a full life-cycle Technical Recruiter.
Experience Recruiting for Python, Docker, Ruby, React highly advantageous Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
