- You will help transition new products into production, improve equipment performance, standardize work instructions, and leverage manufacturing data to improve process capability and product quality.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify process variation, improve capability, and increase production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, yield, throughput, and cost.
- Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations by troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully transition new products from development into full-rate production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and root cause problem-solving methodologies.
- Create, maintain, and improve manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with Automation, Equipment Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve equipment uptime, process reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Support process validation, qualification activities, and implementation of engineering changes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering and operations teams.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of process development, production support, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Consumer Electronics manufacturing.
- Experience with additive manufacturing, CNC machining, precision assembly, or automated manufacturing systems.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and process capability analysis.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp.
- Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
