About the role
- Our team integrates technical SEO, AI visibility, and content strategy into one unified discipline.
- We exist to ensure customers find Zoom first, regardless of how they search.
Responsibilities
- Building AI-search visibility strategy and infrastructure to optimize Zoom's presence in generative AI surfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
- Partnering with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to create unified content architecture and governance standards
- Developing a unified search scorecard that translates organic performance and AI-visibility metrics into pipeline and revenue impact
- Lead technical SEO functions at scale, including site architecture, schema implementation, and organic traffic optimization
- Build or scale AI-search and answer-engine visibility programs using platforms like Profound or equivalent tools

- Demonstrate experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments
