Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance data collection platforms and databases to track program implementation, including tools supporting FETP monitoring
- Collect, validate, and manage quarterly program data to support performance tracking
- Develop data analysis and visualization products to report on implementation progress
- Train stakeholders, including country offices and implementing partners, on monitoring tools and systems
- Provide technical assistance to DGHP-supported country programs, including international travel to support monitoring activities
- Support design, refinement, and implementation of evaluation tools and methodologies
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and synthesis to support evaluation efforts
- Support dissemination and archiving of evaluation products
- Support preparation of project status reports aligned with program work plans and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with CDC staff, implementing partners, and global stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience with data collection systems, database management, and analytical tools
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Global Health, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in public health program monitoring, evaluation, or implementation research
- At least 2 years of experience in global health security or related international public health programs
- Demonstrated experience supporting or working with federal agencies on similar monitoring and evaluation activities
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, including preparation of technical reports and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Field Epidemiology Training Programs (FETP) or workforce development initiatives
- Experience delivering technical assistance in international settings
- Proficiency in data visualization, reporting tools, and dashboard development
- Experience training diverse audiences and facilitating stakeholder engagement
