- Help build and grow the Project Management practice within the Advisory organization at capSpire
- Create actionable deliverables that follow standard project management principles
- Apply a structure methodology and and lead project management activities

- Within our Advisory practice, our consultants range from well-known industry experts to technical problem-solvers.
- 8+ years of experience in the project management role
- Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exposure to Agriculture commodity trading, ideally animal feed or bulk food ingredients
- Understanding of change management associated with CTRM or ERP systems
- solutions for our clients
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project lifecycle
- Experience with large scale organizational change initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
