Responsibilities

  • Help build and grow the Project Management practice within the Advisory organization at capSpire
  • Create actionable deliverables that follow standard project management principles
  • Apply a structure methodology and and lead project management activities

  • Within our Advisory practice, our consultants range from well-known industry experts to technical problem-solvers.
  • 8+ years of experience in the project management role
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exposure to Agriculture commodity trading, ideally animal feed or bulk food ingredients
  • Understanding of change management associated with CTRM or ERP systems
  • solutions for our clients
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project lifecycle
  • Experience with large scale organizational change initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree
