About the role
- Average patient volume of approximately 8-10 patients daily
- New patient venous insufficiency studies typically last 45-60 minutes
- Post-op and follow-up scans typically last 20-30 minutes
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound evaluations and post-treatment scans
- Maintain proper scanning protocols while ensuring patient comfort and safety during exams
- Document ultrasound findings and patient information within the EMR system
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within exam rooms and ultrasound equipment areas
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the entire patient experience
